The Instigator Podcast is back to recap Jack Eichel’s triumphant return to the Sabres lineup and how his play will affect the rest of the roster. Also in this week’s episode: we touch on Dougie Hamilton’s recent trade rumors, the Canada World Junior selection camp roster and even get a special guest appearance from the 2ITB Dog, Bauer.
We have also transferred to a new hosting service with Podbean. You can still subscribe and listen on iTunes or through Google Play as usual, so there are no other changes to be concerned with.

For me, downloading the audio as an MP3 and taking a walk listening on my Sansa Clip player after I loaded the file was best. Haven’t figured it out now, but doesn’t look like I can. thanks for all you do though.

Forget it, found a way… Right click the audio bar, click ‘view page info’. Go to media and click, move down to the MP3 and copy the location, open it in a new tab and right click the audio bar again. Click ‘save audio as’ and I can load it on my PC to move it later to a player.
