Is there a way I can download these podcasts instead of streaming them?

Podcast steaming apps through iTunes, Google Play or third party apps like Pocketcasts allow you to save episodes to your device but actually downloading the audio file isn’t an option that’s available based on how the service is set up. I know that’s not exactly the best answer at this point in time.
What are you using to stream and listen to the show at the moment?
